Last updated 8 October 2026
This policy explains how Tír Ayé (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. We are based in London and handle personal information in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR.
Who we are
Tír Ayé is run by Habeeb Busairi, who is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and decides how it is used.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide:
- your name and work email address
- your company name
- anything you tell us about what you are looking for help with
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message. We do not need it to respond.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Who processes it
This website and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. A copy of each enquiry is also sent by email to the inbox used to reply to it. These providers may process data outside the UK, subject to appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting conversation, and then delete it.
Keeping it secure
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection, and access is limited to the person responding to them.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party service.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to LinkedIn and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@tiraye.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
